• The payment of the room is in advance. Once the payment is made, there are no refunds

•  

• Visitors
  Must be previously announced at reception for data and temperature registration (Covid Protocol), Max 2 people, to avoid exceeding the allowed capacity  and / or possible infections.

• Capacity 
  -A -Studio Apartments: 2 adults and up to 2 children up to 7 years old
  -B -1 bedroom apartments: 2 adults and up to 2 children of any age or 4 adults
  -C -2 bedroom apartments: 2 adults and 3 children of any age or up to 4 adults and 2 children up to 7 years old
   

• The elements of the department such as towels, blankets, china etc., must  stay in the apartments ... with the sole exception of pool towels

• Pool
  Children must ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult to supervise them... otherwise they will not be able to use said facility.

• Room Service

• The maid service operates from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The maid passes  one time only

​

• In case of damage or dirt  outside the normal use of linen or equipment  from the Department  cleaning cost will be charged  in case it can be cleaned.  Otherwise, the replacement cost will be charged.

 

• Check-Out is no later than 11:00,  otherwise, the value of one day will be charged to your account.
